Airtel has launched new pre-paid data packs which offers double data by providing extra data at night. Airtel says that with the new data packs, customer will be able to save up to 30 percent on recharges when compared to existing data packs.

Currently, the Rs. 259 data pack offers only 1GB of 3G/4G data for 29 days, but with the new double data pack that costs Rs. 296, customers will get 2GB of data w/ 1GB 3G/4G for regular use and 1GB for night use. These data packs start at Rs. 186 for 800MB of data (400MB 3G/4G regular and 400MB at night) and goes up to Rs. 3,346 for 40GB data pack (20GB 3G/3GB regular and 20GB at night). The new data pack comes with a validity of 28 days, and the night timings are between 12am and 6am.
